Membership FAQ
Would I have access to all grade resources if I purchase a membership or just one grade?
You will have access to all grade resources. We currently have materials for grades 1 through 5.
How does the free trial program work?
For all individual member plans (monthly, quarterly and yearly), you get 7-days to try the service for free. At the end of the free trail period, the credit card or Paypal account that you entered at registration will be charged. Note: the free trial offer is only for new individual plan members who have not had a free trial before. If your account has already used a free trial in the past, your credit card will be billed immediately upon signup. Please see the payment details on the registration form to see if the free trial is applied.
Free Trial Period Limitations
During the free trial period, the number of PDF downloads is limited. When logged in, you will see a sitewide banner showing you when your free trial expires and the number of downloads remaining. If you need more downloads during the free trial period, please contact us. Both the trial download limitation and sitewide banner will be removed after the first successful payment. This limitation only applies to PDF downloads, all other members resources (videos, lesson plans etc) are not restricted during the trial period.
What is your refund policy?
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the membership within 30 days of signing up, we will refund the full amount you’ve paid. Please write to us to request for a cancellation.

I used to be a member, how do I sign up again?
If you already have an account, you need to first login with your password. You should then see a menu item on top that says “Account”. In this account page, please click on the link “Upgrade or change your subscription”.
Is this an online tutoring service?
This is not a tutoring program. Our videos and lesson plans are geared towards explaining to parents and teachers how to teach various concepts in Singapore math. The worksheets are for kids to work on, and we have recommended pacing schedule for parents who are using Singapore based math textbooks. Most of the worksheets come with answer keys so you can check your kids’ work yourself. In short, our program is meant to support teachers and parents in their teaching/coaching, and not directly towards kids.
I am based in the UK / not based in the US, are your materials still relevant for me?
If you’re using textbooks developed from Singapore-based strategies, such as Inspire Maths or Maths No Problem, these resources would still be relevant, as the source curriculum and teaching philosophies are consistent with the US based textbooks such as Math In Focus and Primary Mathematics. Our materials are created from our experience and background teaching (and learning) the original curriculum in Singapore and teaching the adapted materials in the U.S. For the selected topics involving measurement units, we have included questions using Metric units along with the Imperial units. Teachers and parents in the UK and other countries can just skip the Imperial unit pages or change them to metric before using.
Are there any limits on what I can download?
No. Members have full access to all our available materials. We do not limit the number of resources you can download each month.
Are there any restriction on how I use the materials from this website?
You may only use the resources, e.g. worksheets, videos, lesson plans, slides, apps etc, for your own teaching needs. You may not resell these materials for commercial profit in any form or manner. You also may not distribute any materials obtained from the membership to other teachers who are not members without our explicit permission.
Can I share my login with other teachers?
Each membership subscription is intended for one user only. Please do not allow non-members to gain access to the community and our resources.
Do you offer School and District Discounts?
Yes. In addition to exclusive group discounts, you also have the flexibility to add/replace members within your group, and consolidate a single payment for entire group. Read more about how our group membership works.
Are you the publisher of our Singapore Math textbooks?
We’re not associated with Singapore Math Inc. nor Marshall Cavendish Education Private Limited., who own the trademark “Singapore Math”. However, we are great fans and advocate of the textbooks and workbooks that these companies publish. We use these textbooks ourselves in our math classes and grew up learning math using them in Singapore. The materials and resources we produced are our own creation after using these textbooks in our classrooms. Fundamentally, we are sharing what we know about math education from our background as math learners and educators from Singapore, with teachers and parents in the US, interpreting the US Common Core Standards using “Singapore-based” strategies.
I have more questions about the membership, how can I contact you?
We highly recommend that you ask questions before purchasing to make sure the community is right for you BEFORE purchasing. Please fill up the question and suggestion form and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
Please refer to our terms and conditions for more details about the TeachableMath Membership.
